Wayne G. Hipsley is an internationally recognized educator, horse show judge, and equine evaluation expert with more than 50 years of experience in the horse industry.
He is the founder and head trainer of the Norwegian Fjord Horse Registry’s Evaluator Training Program and served for many years as the Registry’s Head Evaluator. Wayne is the author of Guidelines and Handbook for Judging Fjord Horses and a recipient of the Norwegian Fjord Horse Registry Outstanding Service Award.
Clinic Format
• Live, hands-on evaluation in a small group setting
• Real-time explanation and discussion
• Emphasis on form, function, and movement

Space is limited to 20 auditors. Auditing in person is free of charge.

Registration is opens on 10/1/2026 and closes when full.

Videos of the assessments will be made available free of charge after the event. Also, electronic versions of the handout material will be made available.

Setting is an indoor ring on a private farm.
