Wayne G. Hipsley is an internationally recognized educator, horse show judge, and equine evaluation expert with more than 50 years of experience in the horse industry.
He is the founder and head trainer of the Norwegian Fjord Horse Registry’s Evaluator Training Program and served for many years as the Registry’s Head Evaluator. Wayne is the author of Guidelines and Handbook for Judging Fjord Horses and a recipient of the Norwegian Fjord Horse Registry Outstanding Service Award.

These sessions are privately sponsored and will primarily utilize the host farms’ horses for evaluation. At the discretion of the host farms, non-owned Fjord horses may be invited to participate if time and space permit.

• Instruction designed to help participants develop an educated eye for conformation
