Gryffindor (DOB 7/21/02)

Gryffindor (Graf Genius/Serina/Sandsire) is ¾ Hanoverian, ¼ TB registered with the International Sporthorse Registry of the ISR/Oldenburg N.A.  He was Reserve Champion Colt at the 2002 Chestnut Lawn ISR/Oldenburg NA inspection.  He received an 8.1 on movement. 

Gryff currently measures 16.1. He has solid ground manners: ties, loads, stands for the farrier.  He has a good mind and very quiet disposition. Gryff is personable and the kind of horse who bond with his owner. His dam is a successful low level eventer. His sire excels in both jumping and dressage.  He has been working under saddle for the last two years and a half years primarily on flat work. He works well alone or with other horses. He has been ridden both inside and outside the ring without any issues. Gryff is has been doing a limited amount of jumping under saddle due to his age.

Gryff has the potential to be show hunter, dressage prospect, or event prospect. He is an eye catching rose gray with lovely markings and a floating movement.  Gryff has been with a professional trainer for the last 60 days.  He is currently showing Training Level dressage and getting good scores and ribbons at schooling shows. His price will only increase as he gains more experience and training. $12,000 through 5/31/08.
