Winter Lessons:  We will offers lessons as weather permits this winter for all levels in our outdoor ring.  Please contact us regarding continuation of lessons.  

Spring Lessons:  Our Spring Lesson program for Culpeper County Parks and Recreation Department starts on April 8, 2010.  Please contact Culpeper County Parks & Rec to register. 

We do teach private lessons during the weeks and on Sundays.

Year End Awards:

We are pleased to announce that Blitzen was reserve champion in Training Level Dressage for the Cedar Run Dressage Show Series this year.  Blitzen also WON Commonwealth Dressage and Combined Training Association’s Senior Training Level Dressage year end award in a very competitive division. 

Congratulations also go to Olivia Schiermeyer and Helle who WON Commonwealth Dressage and Combined Training Association’s Junior Intro Level Dressage year end award and came in second for Pre-Novice Eventing. 

2010 Show Schedule:

The Ironwood Farm Fjords will be out and about in 2010.  Our first efforts will be indoor dressage shows.  In March, we’ll do River Bend Pony Club’s combined test, then CDCTA’s Spring Horse Trials in April.
